Beyond Traditional Physical Therapy
Here to help you reach your full potential.
Founder Emma Taylor, a physical therapist and triathlete, combines clinical expertise with real-world athlete experience to deliver evidence-based care that bridges the gap between traditional physical therapy and peak performance.
The name “Sisu” (see’-soo) comes from a Finnish word meaning grit and perseverance in the face of adversity. That spirit lives in every session—whether you're training through pregnancy, coming back from injury, or chasing your next PR.
Built differently.
Sisu Boston is a woman-owned concierge practice where patients aren’t treated like problems to fix, but as people with goals, identities, and a deep commitment to movement. You won’t be passed to an aide, rushed through generic exercises, or told to just “rest.” You’ll be supported, educated, and challenged by a provider who sees you as an athlete.
